Your data, in plain English

We keep this short on purpose. If anything is unclear, email info@forensee.co.uk and we'll explain.

What we collect

Names and email addresses you submit through forms on this site: the email signup, the contact form, and any research participation forms. Nothing more.

Why we collect it

To send you research updates, podcast announcements, and community news, and to reply to messages you send us.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We don't keep data indefinitely "just in case."

Who we share it with

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or pass your details to third parties. We use trusted tools (such as our email platform) to deliver our newsletters, and they only process your data on our instructions.

How to request deletion

Email info@forensee.co.uk and ask us to delete your data. We'll do it and confirm in writing.

UK GDPR

Forensee complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have mishandled it.
